At New York & Co., we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date. Items must be returned with original tags attached and accompanied by the original packing slip.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund.
